Molly Denham

Molly has been in the Admin field for over 30 years. She spent 22 years in the Air Force as an Administrative Specialist. Following her retirement, she started her own virtual assistant business providing executive-level administrative support to defense contractors and consultants. She holds a degree in Business Management and specializes in travel management and technology systems. In her spare time, she loves baking cakes and scrapbooking her family’s memories.

Nancy Sealy

Nancy has over 36 years of Federal experience specializing in human resources automation. She led teams responsible for the evaluation, selection, implementation of automated systems including personnel recordkeeping and time collection. In doing so, Mrs. Sealy was responsible for policy development, data validation, developing user guides and training nation-wide. Nancy enjoys combining computer-based technology with quilting and embroidery. She also enjoys golf, gardening and spending time with her family.

Paula Morris

Paula has a combined 25 years of Executive Assistant experience. She has worked for a private portfolio mortgage lender and broker managing multi-million dollar accounts; a predominant Washington DC law firm where she worked for 6+ attorneys daily; and a Kenya based wildlife conservancy where she was the United States Administrator. Paula’s experience ranges from accounting payables/receivables, budget management, travel arrangements including international travel documentation requirements, project management that included extensive documentation to gala events. In her spare time Paula enjoys walking, playing with dogs and reading.

Jake Moore

Jake brings over 25 years’ experience in business development and corporate management since his retirement from the Air Force. His corporate experience includes Project Manager, Program Manager, Vice President of Business Development, and Chief Executive Officer with the last 15 years working with Native American economic development corporations. Jake has a bachelor’s Degree in business management from Troy University with Graduate Studies at Creighton University in International Relations. In his off time, he enjoys pressing his luck at the keno parlor.

Susan Robinson

Susan is a bookkeeper with over 15 years of experience and is certified in accounting software with QuickBooks for Professionals. From cash flow monitoring and managing accounts payable/receivable to developing and monitoring financial statements, she leverages her knowledge and experience to support any size business. When not at work, she is an avid gardener and is partial to day lilies. She also enjoys fishing for freshwater bass.
